    UI/UX Designer

    Red Pill Studio is looking for a UI/UX Designer. We are looking for a UX specialist with a deep understanding of the technical side of web product development. You will analyze complex technical issues, taking into account the expectations of the user and the desires of the business, and correlating them with the capabilities of the technical team. The position implies a high level of specialist freedom and participation in the development of the feature, starting from the idea, description, and preparation of UX, and ending with answering questions and correcting the prepared documents during the feature implementation.

    What will you work on:

    • Maintaining the integrity of the product visual system
    • Work closely with the product team: propose new hypotheses and solutions
    • Development and design of the game user interfaces
    • Market research and targeting of the project audience, study of similar and breakthrough products, explore users' interests and expectations
    • Analyzing features from the user and business point of view
    • Documentation for the technical team and product owners
    • Development of a visual style, design, and general appearance of the project interfaces
    • Contribution to the overall product development strategy and help in decision-making

    Our ideal candidate:

    • Has 1-2 years of experience
    • Proficient in editors for developing interfaces and prototypes: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (excellent knowledge of one)
    • Understands the principles of usability
    • Experienced in developing game interfaces and knowledge of modern trends in the game graphics
    • Has an analytical mindset and the ability to defend the decisions made
